Uwin33 Terms & Conditions — Platform terms of use for Malaysia users
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the uwin33 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the uwin33 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use uwin33's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority applicable in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- Not acting on behalf of any other individual or third-party entity.
Uwin33 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. False registration or inaccurate information may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted only one active account on uwin33. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended without notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account details current whenever any changes occur.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. uwin33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account via our support email.
General User Responsibilities
Users are prohibited from using the platform for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Any attempt to manipulate the system, use automated software (bots), or engage in fraudulent activity will result in legal action and immediate account closure.
3. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the uwin33 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods, including FPX, TNG eWallet, and other local e-payment options.
- All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once processed.
- Withdrawals are only processed to a verified bank account or eWallet registered in the name of the account holder.
- Uwin33 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until identity verification has been completed.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change and will be stated on the platform at the relevant time.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by third parties are the sole responsibility of the user.
Uwin33 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors. Should you have a dispute regarding a transaction, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Cases reported after this period may not be resolvable.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from: (a) using the platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment; (b) sharing their account with any other individual; (c) using any technical means to gain an unfair advantage; (d) spreading false or misleading information about the platform; and (e) engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.
Uwin33 Liability Limits
Uwin33 provides its entertainment platform on an as-is basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption or free from technical errors. uwin33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users, including the loss of wagered funds due to technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
Uwin33's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim. Users acknowledge and agree that this limit is reasonable given the nature of the services provided.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, and software on the uwin33 platform are the exclusive property of uwin33 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from uwin33.
5. Account Policies, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Uwin33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account without prior notice if we have reason to believe a user has breached any part of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by law or a relevant authority. In confirmed suspension cases, any valid account balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to compliance with withdrawal conditions.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within seven business days.
Third-Party Links
The uwin33 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply that uwin33 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access those links entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Uwin33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the platform operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism or through a court of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be set aside and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
